              STUD   SERVICE
I have one of the most comprehensive  and  least  expensive
Stud Service Contracts in Ohio.  
My Sire is Little Mr. Harry Winston -
AKC #  TP168119/03.  He was born on 3/23/05, weighs 3 pounds
and has Sired many litters of AKC Yorkshire Terriers for me over
the past 2 years (busy boy :)  He has been DNA tested by AKC
with documentation verifying purity of his AKC Yorkshire Terrier
Bloodline.  He never had any health problems and none of the
puppies he has Sired has ever been returned to me with any health
problems (there is a  One Year Puppy Health Guaranty stated on
my LittleYorkie Puppies Sales Contract).  HARRY is available at
ANYTIME to mate with your Dam for a LOW one time
$ 500.00 stud service fee.  Also, if the first mating is not successful
and does not result in your Dam's pregnancy, you are entitled to
one additional  FREE  Stud Service at No CHARGE during your
Dam's next heat cycle.  I have a written legal Stud Service
Contract  that protects your Dam and provides for my financial
liability if anything should happen to her while she is in my care
during Mating. The Contract also states that I would have no legal
claim to any of the puppies born from the breeding, that all puppies
belong to you and I am not entitled to any financial gain or profit
made from the sale of the puppies.  I would also provide you with a
SIGNED  AKC Litter Registration Form at the time of the Stud
Service so you will be able to register your new LittleYorkie
puppies with AKC.

many referrals from pleased LittleYorkie parents who have used
Little Mr. Harry as a STUD  for their Dam and have had many
beautiful, high quality, healthy, friendly, playful
AKC  LittleYorkie  puppies.
Stud fees typically cost the price of a puppy (around $1000-1500)
but my stud fee is a flat $500 with a free stud service provided if
the first once does not result in pregnancy.  I have alot of
references and my vets name and number, if requested so I hope

STUD OWNER AGREES TO:
1. Provide bitch owner with a copy of Stud’s AKC papers.
2. Take normal adequate care of the bitch while in our charge.
3. Have the stud dog in good physical condition.
4. Sign litter registration promptly and return to bitch owner.
5. Provide a return stud service of the same dog to the same bitch if no pregnancy results
from the mating, at no charge. To receive the return service, the bitch owner must notify
the stud dog owner of failure to conceive, in writing, not more than 70 days following the
mating.
6. Provide the bitch owner with a written receipt for the stud service and a copy of this
contract.

1. Pay the agreed stud service fee before the bitch is serviced.
2. Send bitch in good health and in season.
3. Notify stud dog owner/agent, in writing no later than 70 days after mating if no pregnancy

4. Keep the bitch properly confined following the breeding to ensure no other dog could
mate her accidentally, before mating season is finished.

OTHER CONDITIONS:

1. ANY PUPPY BORN ALIVE OR DEAD CONSTITUTES A LITTER.
2. IF THE BITCH FAILS TO CONCEIVE ON THE RETURN SERVICE, THIS CONTRACT IS
TERMINATED.

Little Yorkie Rescue - Sometimes I am
contacted by people who need to surrender their
Yorkies or Yorkie mix adult dogs. Usually the
dogs are not AKC or CKC registered and are in
need of a vet exam, medical treatment and a
new home. I have fostered many of these dogs
over the years and will continue to do so.  If you
